Your satisfaction is our main priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within fourteen days of receipt for a refund. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. All returns must be sent with a return authorization. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return. When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a refund to your credit card. Please e-mail us to receive a return authorization. We will gladly pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

If a product is returned after fourteen days, we will issue a store credit. After thirty days, we do not issue refunds or credits.

Cancelled or Changed Orders:
If you want to change your order, it must be done within 24 hours of purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Every Green Apple Baby purchase is packaged and shipped with love and care. We strive to ship your order within two business days, please note we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. We ship packages via USPS ground from Springfield, MO (shipping to addresses in the US only). Shipping Fees up to three t-shirts: Flat rate of five dollars. Over three t-shirts: dependent upon weight and destination.

Every Green Apple Baby t-shirt is wrapped in organic twill tape and makes a beautiful gift. We'll include a special Green Apple Baby gift card with your personal message — simply write your message in the special Gift Message Box in the shopping cart.

If you finish processing your order and realize you forgot the gift card, or need to change the delivery address, or you’d like to add something, email us and if we haven't shipped it yet, we'll be very happy to fix it for you! 

For gift orders we enclose only a packing list, without pricing information. If the billing address is different than the shipping address, we will assume your order is a gift, just in case.
